Thistle Road invests in and advises on situations where experience, creativity and hands-on execution can make a meaningful difference.

We pursue direct investments, strategic partnerships and other opportunistic investments, with a particular interest in complex, transitional or undercapitalized situations. We also work with companies, investors and owners on strategic initiatives, capital formation, growth, transactions and operational matters.

Our mandate is intentionally broad. Rather than being constrained by a specific investment strategy or advisory model, we focus on opportunities where we believe our capital, relationships and experience can help unlock value.
